Order Time- Please contact me with which item you would like, and I will give
you an estimated date. My typical wait time can be from 2-5 weeks depending on items.
Payment- Payment must be made in full up front. I accept credit cards and
through PayPal. I also take cashiers checks
and money orders (product will not be made until money is recieved). I will send
a paypal invoice to your e-mail that will link you to paypals site (which is like an
online bank) and your bill. If you are not familiar with paypal see them on paypal.com
***I do not allow refunds on Custom order items as I have to order in crystals and parts
etc for them and they cannot always be easily re-sold.
Shipping-
*Insurance available only upon request. Razzletack will not be held responsible for packages lost in the mail if you did not purchase insurance on them. (however I have not yet had anything lost)
- Shipping is usually $11.00 for headstalls $ halters and $15.00 for tack sets.
Order Procedure - E-mail me a descriptive message about what you would like to order and I will work with you to make it how you want. Please be as specific as possible. I will send you a final photo of the product before it ships.
